You can find me on several social networking sites. My favorite right now is Twitter but this changes so I aggragate all of that information here for my own convenience and to alert people like yourself how they can join me in conversation.

LinkedIn.com is a social networking site geared toward professional relationships.
Facebook is perhaps the most popular social networking site online today. Over 140 million users. Facebook is much more about personal friends and family than other sites - but if you want to connect to me on facebook, here is my profile - Ben Shoemate's Facebook profile.

Plaxo started as way to keep your address book updated (let your contacts do it themselves) now it is almost a facebook clone.
