		<description>Time speeding up isn&#039;t about gravity, it&#039;s to do with relativistic speeds and how &#039;clocks&#039; tick slower for a stationary observer when a body they are observing is moving at very, very, very, very, very high speeds. Gravity is irrelevant.</description>
